The problem
Your team spends forty percent of the week on work they hate.
Reformatting documents. Copy-pasting between systems. Writing the same email for the hundredth time. Chasing information that should already be in one place. And the AI that could fix it is moving faster than anyone has time to track — so even teams ready to adopt it don’t know where to begin.
Legal
Summarising 40-page case bundles into a standard brief before each hearing.
HR
Re-writing the same rejection emails, role descriptions, and offer letters week after week.
Finance
Reconciling invoices line-by-line against POs across three systems that don't talk.
Operations
Pulling weekly reports together by hand from five dashboards and a spreadsheet.
Sales
Writing follow-ups and CRM notes instead of talking to customers.
…
and countless others.

Discovery call
A conversation to understand your team, your context, and the type of work you do. We learn what’s draining the week, how far your team has got with AI so far, and what an ideal outcome looks like — then point you to the approach that actually fits, or tell you honestly if nothing does.
Most teams know AI could help — they're just not sure how to integrate it into their existing workflows and the specific tasks that fill their week. We spend 3-6 hours across 1-2 weeks going deep into the work your team does: the tasks, the tools, the handoffs, and the hours that are lost. You leave with a clear map of what's genuinely possible for your team right now, a prioritised plan of the processes most worth automating or improving with AI, and honest pricing for whichever solution fits next.
AI training specific to your roles and the work you do daily, however niche it is. Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and the wider AI toolkit — taught against your real documents, tools, and decisions — so the judgement and expertise your team has spent years building gets faster, sharper, and supercharged with AI.
Your team's expertise and data live scattered across documents, tools, and platforms — and out of the box, the AI your team uses has no access to any of it. We extract it from wherever it lives, structure it into proper data sources tuned for how your team actually works, and build the MCP servers that plug it straight into either the AI tools your team already uses — or any agents we ship for you. The result: the AI your team already uses finally operating at full power — reasoning over your real institutional knowledge, not the public internet.
Agents that live in the tools you already use — running fully autonomously on events, or on-demand when you call them. A candidate applies and the agent screens them; an invoice arrives and it reconciles against the PO; a deal closes and it drafts the handover brief. Each one is built bespoke to your workflow and tuned to your team's voice and ways of working.
When a workflow deserves a system of its own, we build the full application — interview platforms, deal-sourcing engines, close pipelines. Delivered with documentation and training: take it fully in-house, or keep us on a monthly or annual retainer and we become the engineering team you don't need to hire — urgent feature requests shipped in days, bugs fixed quickly, and the system kept evolving with your business.
The whole point is that we go deep into how your team actually works — the tasks, the tools, the handoffs, the judgement calls — before we recommend anything. Nothing lands on your desk that wasn’t rooted in what we learned alongside you.
01
Discover
A free call to understand what you need — whether you already know exactly what you want built, or you're just exploring what's possible. From here we either run a full workflow audit, or go straight into scoping a specific build, training, or integration.
02
Plan
Whether it's a full audit plan covering every workflow we uncovered, or a focused scope for one specific piece of work, you get a clear written plan — what we'll do, in what order, how long, and what it costs. You decide how far to take it.
03
Deliver
We build the systems, train your team, or integrate your knowledge — whatever the plan calls for. Then hand over, or stay on as your ongoing engineering team via retainer.
Why Naitive
The future of work isn’t AI replacing your team. It’s your team, AI-native.
Naitive exists to turn today’s teams into tomorrow’s workforce. Every audit, build, and training session leaves your people more capable with AI — and equipped to keep building long after we’re gone.
Questions
Good questions teams ask us first.
We're not sure where to start with AI. Can you help us figure out what's even possible?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. The AI landscape is moving faster than most teams have time to track, so mapping what AI can actually do for your specific work is hard to do alone. The discovery call and workflow audit exist for this: you leave knowing what's realistic for your team, where the biggest wins are, and what to ignore. No prep needed on your side.
What industries do you work with?
Any. Naitive is deliberately cross-industry right now — we're building pattern recognition across sectors before specialising. Whatever industry you're in, we take the time to deeply understand the problems your team faces, no matter how niche. If your team has a workflow that feels manual, we can probably help.
Do you work with founders and founding teams?
Yes. Whether you're an established team or an early-stage founder, we're set up to work directly with you. Early-stage companies have the advantage of building AI-native from day one: we help you wire AI into how the company operates before any manual process hardens into habit, so you scale with leverage instead of headcount.
Do you build systems for us, or teach us to build them?
Both, depending on what you need. You can opt for a done-for-you build — we deliver a working system in weeks, not months. Or you can have hands-on training so your team can build and maintain its own automations. You can also blend both: we build the first one with you, then hand it over.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A discovery call is 30 minutes. A workflow audit runs a few hours with your team spread across one to two weeks, with a written report back shortly after. Builds and training are typically a matter of weeks rather than months — exact timing depends on scope, and we'll quote honestly after the discovery call. Each service above has indicative ranges.
What tools do you use?
We're tool-agnostic, but the toolkit we lean on is Claude Cowork, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and the AI features already inside your existing stack (Notion, Linear, Zapier, n8n, your CRM). When AI needs access to your own data and documents, we build MCP servers that plug your knowledge directly into those tools. We recommend what fits the workflow — not whatever is trendy.
Can the AI we use actually work with our own data and documents?
Yes — that's exactly what our data and knowledge integrations are for. Out of the box, tools like ChatGPT and Claude have no access to your contracts, CRM records, SOPs, or internal wiki. We extract your institutional knowledge from wherever it lives, structure it into proper data sources, and connect it to the AI tools your team already uses via MCP servers — so the AI reasons over your real work, not the public internet.
What happens after a system is delivered?
Your choice. You can take the system fully in-house — we hand over with documentation and training so it's yours to run and extend. Or you can keep us on a monthly or annual retainer: urgent feature requests shipped in days, bugs fixed quickly, and the system kept evolving with your business. We'll recommend what fits after the build.
What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. Pricing for audits, training, and builds is scoped to the engagement — usually anywhere from a few hundred to four-figures. We'll quote after the discovery call when we understand the scope.
Do I need technical staff on my team?
No. The whole point of Naitive is to make AI accessible to non-technical teams. If your team has accountants, lawyers, recruiters, or operators — anyone who does knowledge work — they can use what we build and teach.
